Perfect choice for a camping holiday in the Canadian national parks. The motorhome is simply equipped, but has everything you need. Perfect size for 4 adults. Pickup and return were straightforward, we were even able to spontaneously extend the return time by 4 hours.

Water pipe leaking, bad toilet odour, fridge not working then replacement of the motorhome and again no fridge and tyre pressure sensor defective...

The battery responsible for the fridge etc. was faulty. We lost a day's holiday repairing it. Overall a bit old-fashioned in the furnishings but functional.

We rented bed linen for the RV When we unpacked it on our first night we found that it was filthy as were the towels. The water tank leaked which meant we were constantly refilling it so that we could take showers. Wash up etc. The seal on the washroom tap was broken. This meant we had a river of water on the surrounding surface every time we used it. Finally, the dump pipe which is used to empty the toilet was broken and led to sewage pouring all over my hands. As far as I am concerned the RV should never have left the parking lot.
Perfect just a pity there was no generator on it. Otherwise fine.

We had a leak in the ceiling. We also missed kitchen utensils like scissors, sharp knives. We did not have a generator so had no electricity for 3 weeks. As a result, we could not use the microwave and air conditioner. Otherwise, it was a nice holiday.

Very old caravans, no generator and no USB or Blutooth connections. No electrical connection, no shower. An absolute disaster

MHX was a great van, everything you need for a home away from home. Easy to drive, lots of space for luggage and storage. No issues with Canadream.
We travelled with 4 people for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, there were only 6 bath towels for that time. One wonders how they should be distributed.

Top!
the camper is not practical, there is very little storage space. you can't stick anything either. There is only 1 net where the TV tray plugs in.

We had a great time in the camper! Could have done another week in there easy! Top marks to Canadream, a bit pricey on some things but I guess that’s expected. Would recommend.
Bad experience. The car was in a very poor condition. Toilet switch was broken therefore we could not use it for the whole trip forcing us to go to campsites every night and stopping all the time at cafes/gas stations, Gas was not working-we were given an electric cooker but the electricity in the car stopped working on day 3. The fridge froze all of our food that we had to waste.. The steering wheel was faulty, the car was always going onto the right side if not holding it tight. I feel like I paid lots of money for a service I did not get. The bed was the only decent thing, and my partner that is not even very tall could not sleep straight.. I am an avid traveller and I love roadtripping, I have experience in travelling in campers/motorhomes as I've done it all my life with my parents and I have amazing memories. I wanted to introduce my boyfriend in this world but obviously things didn't go as planned.. so sad!
Very good. Value for money a little expensive. When we returned the vehicle, it wasn't made clear to us that everything was OK, so we spent 1 hour waiting at reception when we had nothing left to validate.

We booked the campervan for a fortnight in the Rocky Mountains. The handover was perfect, everything was explained to us in detail. You have to allow time for everything. We were picked up at the hotel at 10.30 a.m. and left for the Rockies at 5 p.m. with our shopping. On the way there was a problem with the shower, an hour after reporting the problem, a plumber was standing in front of us at the campsite. Everything was fine. We were impressed. The prices are high, but you have to live with that. Otherwise, an absolute recommendation for Camperdays and Fraserway on site. Mega!

Excellent experience for a first trip in a motorhome. It is very well equipped and very functional. Easy to drive.

Everything was as agreed. So a great trip to Canada. Great. Fraserway also handled everything quickly, unbureaucratically and in a very friendly manner.

Fraserway RV have very pleasant an accommodating staff. We were especially grateful for the shuttle service from the hotels before and after our trip and for the shopping tips.
Overall a good experience. Although pick up process not great. Was at the centre for over 2.5 hours when picking up which is a lot of time wasted. Drop off was much smoother.

Excellent experience, the staff at fraserway couldn't have been better and we had an incredible time.
As always, a great experience with Fraserway, although this time actually with Four Seasons, the subsidiary with the slightly more used models. But the service at Fraserway was identical. Free shuttle bus from the airport hotel, same friendly treatment. RV with around 70,000 kilometres on the clock but technically perfect and well maintained. Also highly recommend Camperdays as an agent!
