Poorly laid out campsite, not much room for 6 people. Kettle for coffee not working. Waiting time for pick-up too long...3 hours... Return very quick thanks to cleaning and gas and petrol refill paid for in advance.

We hired the van for a 2-week road trip. From the pick-up to the trip to the drop-off, everything went absolutely smoothly, the van was in top condition and there was nothing to complain about. The return was also great.

Negatives: We had the Deuce 2 Berth (brand was Apollo) and unfortunately the interior fittings, especially the fridge, fell apart, which was quite annoying in the long run. The fridge also swung open from the outside when driving without an extra safety device. In addition, there were other shortcomings here and there in the interior fittings and the smell from the waste water tank came up when driving, which wasn't so nice. What was also missing were insect nets on the windows, which meant that you couldn't open the window at night, which made it quite hot if you weren't at a campsite with power (only then was the air conditioning running). Positives: The car drove perfectly. Easy and friendly contact with the Roadassist team (we called them twice: about a missing adapter for the water hose at the beginning, which we then bought ourselves and were reimbursed for, and at the end because we hardly used the gas and didn't have to refill the small amount even after consultation).

Mobility top, functionality flop. Neither the fridge nor the heating run on gas - the camper is dependent on a power connection at the campsite. The Sprinter was brilliant as a platform, handy, agile and very economical with less than 10 litres of diesel per 100 km. The furnishings and equipment were spartan, partly inappropriate and completely geared towards a connection to the power grid. When we took over the vehicle, we were told that it should be connected to the power grid every other day, which is a bitter pill to swallow for nature lovers who prefer to spend the night in national parks rather than at Big4 and NRMA campgrounds. In fact, this was out of the question because the fridge alone drained the camper's weak battery within a few hours. The camper is heated exclusively by the air conditioning, which of course doesn't work at all without a power connection. With night-time temperatures in the single digits, this is sometimes unpleasant. If you plan your holiday in such a way that you always have a pitch with a power connection, everything is fine.

The vehicle (engine/chassis) was basically in good order and technically well maintained. Unfortunately, it was handed over quite dirty, so we had to do a lot of cleaning first. Basically it is ok for 2 people, 4 people we see as "impossible". These are old vehicles with generally > 200,000 kilometres. The interior is correspondingly "worn out", curtains are torn, ... However, the main problem and absolute no-go is the extremely uncomfortable bed, as the thin mattress lies on a base with steel struts that give you a hell of a backache. We met 2 other travellers with the same car... all the same problem. A Mighty employee of course knew about the struts and how uncomfortable it is, but they still rented it out... We bought a mattress on the 3rd day and put it on top. It's not possible without it, with it it was "ok", but the seating area was a thing of the past as the new additional mattress was in the way. I don't recommend the vehicle because of the sleeping comfort, regardless of the price.

Unfortunately, the vehicle gets wet in heavy rain. Wet bed, if not good engine, lockers a little light and model with little view for rear passengers Christophe

We refused the first camper that Jucy wanted to give us when we picked it up because of its desolate condition (lots of faulty equipment etc.). The second camper was extremely outdated (20 years old) and many things were damaged or no longer worked. For example, the seat belt of the driver's seat no longer tightened properly or water ran into the driver's footwell when it rained, etc. Extras added at the time of booking, such as camping chairs/table and a child seat, were initially not available on collection and were only organised on request, which cost additional time. These are just some of the things that didn't go well. Due to a lack of alternatives on site, we had to take the second campervan as Jucy were not understanding and unwilling to go the extra mile. I would never rent from Jucy again.

The motorhome was not very clean and various things were missing or broken. The motorhome was in urgent need of an overhaul.... In addition, the roof covering smelled strange (was especially unpleasant for the people who slept upstairs).

Very friendly Juicy staff, but the vehicle is old and in average condition.
