Our day was as good as over it was 4pm when we could leave. Driver's seat is only slightly adjustable to the back but in height not adjustable at all so very bad sitting position to drive much .In the camper a lot of noise while driving , a real rattle. Engine and power were OK , drinks a lot but that is normal by American standards.Nice is when you are at camping you can connect waste water and toilet directly and your supply of water also no hassle with cassette cleaning.

Maintenance of the vehicles is really bad. Somehow it's also a design fault in the car because the toilet always stinks.

We were given a really old and faulty vehicle. The entire propane system failed, so we had no cooker, fridge or heating! The service and support from Cruise America was below average. It took over 1 week and many phone calls until we got a new vehicle! This was then ok and we were refunded a small amount. It was still very annoying! Camper Days also supported us from a distance. Nevertheless, overall not a good experience to recommend. But maybe we were just unlucky? The fuel consumption of these vehicles should not be underestimated! 30 litres/100 km are quickly gone! With the current petrol prices in the USA and the fuel consumption, you can expect to pay around 30-40$/100 miles.

We were very disappointed with Bruce America and the vehicle. The pick up was a 2 hour wait and took just 5 minutes at the vehicle. The vehicle was very dirty, the rear compartment was not watertight, the black board display was defective and always showed full, the bed could not be set up properly and overall the condition of the vehicle was very poor. It already had 280,000 kilometres on the clock and looked accordingly..... The kitchen equipment was also absolutely inadequate. All in all, classes below the competition Road Bear... Never again Cruise America!!!

The vehicle was in very good condition - the linen provided was not very clean, however - unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours for the pick-up procedure - several times the fridge went out and we called the helpline, which was of no help either with the fridge or the generator ...... We had doubts about the fact that the RV had to be level for it to work properly, but in this case it would be useful to indicate this to the pick-up or to write it in the manual and to provide a level in the RV and perhaps shims.
