The delivery was fast, with all the explanations we needed to know. The motorhome was spectacular, super comfortable for 2 people, and we have not been cold due to its heating system. As points against, they gave us the vehicle **** dirty and full of flies, with a broken side window taped, and they didn't explain us how it was closed inside because the woman who didn't deliver it didn't know it. We had to go out every night in the rain and cold to lock it from the outside until the last few days we found out how to lock it from the inside.

The experience was great, the cupboard above the table in the van is very poorly made and there is no lip on it, so things fall onto the table (not when driving but when stationary) when you open the cupboard. This cost us €710 just for a dent in the table (as big as a €2 coin)... I think the hire company decided to put it in upside down, which is a shame, otherwise the experience would have been 5/5. I don't think it's right to charge 700€ for a table, even if you replace the entire table, which I don't think the hire company did. At the moment we have no proof of the replacement in any case.

The water pump on the washbasin in the sink was defective. It only worked when another tap (shower or bath) was turned on. It was always a bit of a chore to wash up. I think it's a shame that there isn't even salt and pepper in the camper. Or even a hand soap. Otherwise the kitchen utensils were very well stocked.
