Simply mega...!!! Very professional handling right from the start and absolutely top material. The vehicle was in excellent condition, with an almost new roof tent.

Especially to mention is the extra equipment like tyre pressure gauge and compressor (very useful if you drive sand) as well as an axe and a shovel. This came very handy and we met other tourists who did not have that kind of equipment with their rental car.

Great car even though it already has a lot on the clock. Professional service from the supplier Asco. Paperwork should be checked carefully as there may be errors 😉 Recommended overall.

The diesel canister I had brought with me had a hole in it, so it leaked. All the bags were then soaked with diesel. The kitchen equipment includes a pan, which is not really a pan. Cooking with it is not really possible. The USB connection in the car didn't work.

Everything was great! The vehicle was equipped with everything you need for a longer camping holiday! The collection and return was very professional!

We had the budget version and it was fine. Still very expensive, but so are all providers. Some more clarity on the transfer to and from the airport would be desirable. Also some more clarity on the extra insurance. Otherwise quick pick-up and return service. Overall very good car and service

Overall, the vehicle was already relatively old. I assume that the vehicle will soon be sold by the lessor. It's already five years old and has over 280,000 kilometres on the clock. Considering the roads the car is designed for, that's a considerable mileage. In addition, under the bonnet, it has been recognised that a welded frame at the front already indicates an accident. Also on the back of the vehicle. It was clearly recognisable that there must have been at least one side impact or a rear-end collision. The windscreen was cracked and had several large stone chips. Overall, the vehicle was also in an okay condition. Well, except for the misaligned lane, so that the steering wheel had to be held at an angle all the time. The service from ASKO was excellent

Vehicle poorly maintained: Battery and alternator had to be replaced, electrical contacts were "contaminated". Cabin broke off while driving. New vehicle received: Engine damage Overnight reservations could not be honoured due to constant visits to the workshop. No confidence in the vehicle, constant tension and worry about whether everything was working. Major detriment to the quality of the holiday.

I am very satisfied. The hirer was very friendly and available throughout the trip.

A few times, the engine stalled and we had to wait a while before restarting. The glass cover of the rear light has insufficient protection when the rear door is open.

Staff Avis very friendly and give quick response to problems on the road. A few things they could improve though, therefore no higher score than this. Also pointed this out when returning the campervan. Some parts of the equipment were missing and some parts of the equipment did not work properly. Examples, zips and straps were not in order, ekektro cable , pegs awning not present, a ladder for when you are a bit smaller. Advised them to make a checklist where parts are first checked for function and presence before giving the campervan to the renter.

The car we had booked was no longer available due to an accident, so we got a better one (Ford Ranger luxury version). Everything was top notch without exception!
